Anxiety Support Group for kids

Service Description

Children often feel worried or anxious about all kinds of things: Death, making friends, monsters at night, what others think of them etc. Our worries are like tomato plants: The more we give it water and tend to it, the quicker it grows! When your child joins this group, they will get the opportunity to become a Worry Warrior and learn: -What worries are -How we make our worry plants grow -How we can become Worry Worriers to defeat our worries Details: -3-5 children per group -Two groups based on age: 7-9/10-12 -Duration: 6 weeks -Cost: €420 for 6 weeks (€70/session) which includes: -1x 30 min intake/ introduction with child and parent(s) -6x 45 min group sessions -1x 30 min concluding parent meeting -Workbook Please fill out the Contact Form if you would like to enroll your child or if you require more information. **This course can also be offered in schools for groups of children.
